Contact Centre

Our call management services operates 24 hours a day, every day, so that wherever you are in the world and whatever the time of day or night, you can always register a new claim and be sure to speak to one of our experienced call managers in an emergency.

It has never been more important to be kept informed of the progress of the claim, what you should expect and what your obligations and responsibilities are.

Engineering Department

Our accredited in-house engineers oversee all aspects of work; vehicle inspection, repair estimate agreement and reparation, or total loss settlement and disposal.
We have established a network of BSI Kitemark (PAS 125) approved repairers, consisting of specialist repairers of cars and light vans and a separate LGV network to manage the repair of commercial vehicles of all sizes; we can deal with fleets of Mini’s to 44 tonne articulated lorries.

Third Party Claims

Our FNOL team are trained to prioritise capture of non fault third party claimants whenever possible. Speed of contact with the third party is vital to minimise potential claim spend, including hire costs and avoids the need for the claimant to refer to solicitors.

To reduce the cost of third party claims, TCM Advisors offers support to third parties involved in a claim providing:

  • Personal injury claim handling service
  • Full accident repair service
  • Courtesy vehicle to enable mitigation against credit hire claims.

When contact with the third party is not immediately possible, a letter offering our services with an admission of liability is issued. Even if not taken up, this may give us arguments on mitigation at a later date.

Other Services

We provide all the other services that you would expect from a claims department. We check indemnity, investigate fire/theft claims, pursue recoveries on non fault cases and manage personal injury claims. We are entrusted to do so with an unlimited handling authority and when needed, liaise with Re-Insurers on individual claim reporting.
We wish to stress that we are 100% focused on the client and do not engage in claimant “no win-no fee” activities.
